Engineering design files, with the design history intact

Real engineering work: production parts, assemblies, and designs of products used in the real world, licensed by the company that created and owns them.

Wanted

  • Native CAD authoring files with the full design history: feature trees, sketches, constraints, parameters, and assembly mates as authored
  • The drawings, specs, and BOMs that go with them, where they exist
  • PCB and schematic design files: .brd, .kicad_pro, .kicad_sch, .kicad_pcb, .SchDoc, .PcbDoc, and netlists with device models

Not usable

  • Neutral-format-only packages, such as STEP or IGES exports on their own
  • Defeatured or IP-stripped packages
  • Anything sourced from public repositories or manufacturer download portals
